I am lying in bed and it's three in the morning.  tomorrow I have to drive about 400 miles on a busted rental car with no cruise control but I really don't care.  Why?  Cause the Chiefs won on Monday Night Football. Here are some of my thoughts and quotes on the evening.

• Billy Ray Cyrus sang the national anthem in a throwback Joe Montana Jersey.  I gained so much respect.
• After the fly over Richard Paradise leaned over to me and said "bootsiest fly over of all time".
• As the rain started to come down he turned to me and said "Ellen White predicted this would happen".
• You know that you are stupid for sitting out in the rain freezing to death when the drunk guy next to you says "Now this is football weather baby! WOOOOO!
• This felt like the Chiefs of the mid nineties.  I think I saw Bam Morris after the game selling weed in the D parking lot.
• I have been to every single Chiefs game in the last two years and I have driven home happy twice.  I pay money to these people for them to humiliate me.  But tonight made it all worth it....not really but it's a start.
• We play Cleveland on Sunday.  Could we possibly be headed for 2-0?  Oh Snap.
