The internet is busted bullet points

  • Like the title says the internet is so slow in my hotel that it takes forever to do anything.  This is a blogger's nightmare.  I consider myself somewhat of a blogger.  And along with the late night slice that I just ate this will give me nightmares.  So instead of searching around the internet for something to make you laugh or think I will try to provide those feelings myself with some special bullet points.
  • As I am typing this the San Francisco Giants just won the World Series.  All around the United States millions of people are not caring.

  • I am one of my favorite cities right now.  here are a list of some of my favorite cities
  • Lincoln NE  Where everybody loves to picnic.
  • Kansas City MO this is my home.
  • Shawnee KS  I am a Shawnee Mission gangster.
  • New York   I love visiting this place so much that I would never want to live here
  • Atlanta  I used to live here but that's not why I love it.  It's the hot dogs.
  • La Puente CA  This is where my people are.
  • Portland TN  This is where my baby is from.

  • The next group of bullets that I have are called "Big Rich Questions"
  • What did we used to do on myspace?
  • Why does Dr. Smith have an old school limp?
  • Who is Don Love?
  • Where has Logan been?
  • If I had a tattoo why wouldn't it be a Chiefs Arrowhead on the small of my back?
  • What ever happened to the store "Just For Feet"
  • Why would someone name anything you eat a "pupasa"?

I don't know the answers to many of these questions, but I can share the Love.

Don Lathrop Love (born 1863) was a relator who became mayor of Lincoln from 1909-1911 and again from 1929-1931. He served as a delegate for Nebraska to the Republican National Convention in 1912 and 1920.

In 1939, one year before he died, he gave money to Union College to build an industrial building on campus. Later, presumably after he died in 1940, a further gift from his estate expanded the building to include both a broom factory and a furniture factory. Another gift, also presumably posthumous, built the Love Library at UNL in 1941.

Though he died in Lincoln, he was buried with his wife in Clermont, Iowa.

I just checked with Linda Skinner, and actually the second gift to Union was two weeks before his death. It was set up as a life annuity, but since he died so soon, it ended up being an outright gift. I'm sure you care deeply.

La Puente is WACK!! It's called "The Bridge" for a reason...you just want to get somewhere else. OH SNAP!! And Latinos know it's "El Puente" so it's even misspelled. - iptdafoo via El Monte Ese Locos (a gang with wi-fi)
