Whenever an Adventist kid talks to me about going into being a chef I explain to him about how it would be hard to be a chef with our beliefs. But if I was to be a chef I'd want to be like this guy. I read his book Kitchen Confidential last year and loved it. He has a new show about what you should do in a city if you have a long layover there. He is kind of an unsavory guy so be aware of that.

I take the day off from work, have stuff planned, and instead watch this entire episode. I can't come back to your blog anymore.
As long as they open their restaurant in the greater Loma Linda area, an Adventist chef should do fine.
