Whenever an Adventist kid talks to me about going into being a chef I explain to him about how it would be hard to be a chef with our beliefs. But if I was to be a chef I'd want to be like this guy. I read his book Kitchen Confidential last year and loved it. He has a new show about what you should do in a city if you have a long layover there. He is kind of an unsavory guy so be aware of that.

As long as they open their restaurant in the greater Loma Linda area, an Adventist chef should do fine.
