New Year

Even though every day is a fresh start with God it feels good to have the beginning of the new year upon us.  I know that we can't change who we are but we can change habits.  And the best time to change habits is right this second.  2011 was awesome.  It was here.  Now it's gone.  2012 has all the potential in the world.  I think that the only New Year's resolution that will mean anything to me is that I resolve to learn more about Jesus every day.  I need this.  We all need it.  We need it to fill the hole that is in our hearts that was created when we were born.  Happy New Year everyone.  May the best of our todays be the worst of our tomorrows.  But we aint even thinkin that far!
