The boot is ghost and so are the red kicks
I live by my life by several creeds. One of them being be honest with yourself. If you can't be honest with yourself then who are you kidding anyway. That's why my shoes are en route back to the factory. After all of the debating and thinking about it I realize that those shoes aren't me. They used to be me. Circa 2001 I would have rocked them things till the wheels came off. But the fact is I'm turning 26 this month and when you turn 26 one of the silent rules is that you can't buy patent red hightops that scream look at me. Sure I think I could have pulled them off. But would I have wanted to. Plus my wife said she would not go out in public with me wearing them. She looks way better then the shoes so I choose her. And no she did not say that but she was probably thinking that. And I don't think I would want to be seen in public with her if she was wearing patent red hightops. So I'm just being fair. I was really pumped about those shoes, but new ones will come and I will let you know what they are when they get here. In more exciting news my boot is gone. So this song is dedicated to my boot boot boot!

Sooooooo glad your shoes are gone. You made an intelligent, mature, and wise choice. I am proud of you. I am sure your mother is also proud.
