Governor of Louisiana with the rake in his hand at 1:05. He is trying to get some stuff done but everyone is busy pointing the finger at somebody else.
Ok... I never commented... but not because I didn't want to... honestly... i hate BP... and i had seen all those pictures already... I feel so helpless... I can't send money cuz i have none... and there are sooo many animals just dying... It really makes me want to cry...
I'm glad that some people are trying to help... ahs is out there... as well as other small organizations... doing what they can...
